 Get Settings Automatically


Option 1

Click here to access our self-care portal and receive the appropriate internet settings for your phone with minimum hassle

Option 2
To get automatic settings through SMS you need to send an SMS to 8738 following these steps:
a. Go to the message option in your phone
b. Write the desired settings you want (e.g Internet/WAP/MMS)
b. Next, type your handset manufacturer name (e.g Samsung/Nokia)
c. Then type your model name or number (e.g. N73, Desire)
d. Send your SMS to 8738


Option 3
If you don't know your model number, follow these steps instead:
a. Go to the message option in your phone
b. Write the desired settings you want (e.g Internet/WAP/MMS)
b. Type first 8 digits of your handset's IMEI (dial *#06# to get IMEI no)
d. Send your SMS to 8738

Internet Settings
- Under APN field enter INTERNET
- Leave User name and Password fields blank.

MMS Settings
- Under APN field enter WAP for MMS
- Proxy/IP : 10.16.18.77

MMSC address
- http://10.16.18.40:38090/was
- Leave User name and Password fields blank.

iPhone Internet & MMS Settings
- Under APN field enter INTERNET
- Under APN field enter WAP for MMS
- Leave User name and Password fields blank.
** IOS don’t require to put APN settings as it’s overrides the operator APN.

MMS Settings
- Under APN field enter WAP for MMS
- Proxy/IP : 10.16.18.77

MMSC address
- http://10.16.18.40:38090/was
- Leave User name and Password fields blank.

iPad
Internet Settings
- Under APN field enter INTERNET
- Leave User name and Password fields blank.
